Precision Performance Motorsports celebrates a victorious Lamborghini Super Trofeo season opener at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca

MONTEREY, C.A., (MAY 3rd, 2022) PPM kicked off the 2022 season strong with podium finishes for races 1 and 2 of the season opener at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
The first rounds of the season started with practice on Friday in which drivers of the No.46, Bryson Lew and John Henry Capestro- Dubets, began in the AM class with P1 finishes for both practices 1 and 2. Due to fast timing, the No. 46 was moved up to the Pro-AM class for qualifying and races 1 and 2. Bryan Oritz and Sebastian Carazo, drivers of the No.47 Pro-AM entry, finished P4 for practice 1 and P2 for practice 2. Drivers of the No.48, David Staab and Nikko Reger finished P6 for practice 1 and P4 for practice 2 before moving to the AM class for qualifying and both races of Round 1.
Saturday morning commenced with 2 qualifying sessions. The No. 46 had a successful start to the day with a P2 in class for session 1 and P3 in class for session 2. The No. 47 qualified P5 in class for session 1 and rose to P2 in class in session 2. The No. 48 was P8 in class for qualifying 1 and climbed to a remarkable P1 in class for qualifying 2.
Race 1 ended with an amazing P1 finish in the AM class and P12 finish overall by drivers of the No.48, David Staab and Nikko Reger. The No.47 finished P2 in class and P6 overall by Sebastian Carazo and Bryan Ortiz. The No. 46 car had a P3 finish in class and P9 overall by Johh Henry Capestro-Dubets and Bryson Lew.
Team PPM wrapped up the weekend on Sunday with Race 2. The No. 46 car had 2 podium finishes, a P1 finish in class and a P3 finish overall. The No. 47 car completed race 2 with a P4 finish and P10 overall and a P3 class finish and P15 overall for the No. 48 car.
