Look Back … The United Site Services 70 weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway marked Henderson’s largest oval-track start in the K&N Pro Series East. He spent practice and qualifying learning the unique characteristics of The Magic Mile and capitalized on these gains in the final laps of the race, finishing in the 15th position.
I’ve Been Here… K&N Pro Series East Rookie Henderson returns to a track that he has competed at in the past this weekend at Watkins Glen International. Earlier this season, he posted a top-five and top-10 finish in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) event.
Setzer at The Glen … Crew chief of the No. 46 BDL Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro, Mark Setzer, will lead the PPM crew from the pit box at Watkins Glen International. Setzer is no stranger to success at the New York road course. In 2015, Setzer led PPM’s XFINITY Series team to a 13th place finish here.

Brian Henderson Quotes:
“I am pumped for the upcoming race at Watkins Glen International on Friday! I am very confident going in to this race at The Glen, especially because I have raced this full course in the past with SCCA. The PPM team has been working hard getting the No. 46 BDL Motorsports / Absolutely Amish Structures Chevy ready for this race. We are all looking forward to a successful weekend!”
Mark Setzer Quotes:
“I am looking forward to going back to a road course so we can build off the momentum from New Hampshire and lean on Henderson’s road course racing experience. This is not only a track that Brian has excelled at in the past, but that Precision Performance Motorsports has as well. We are bringing the car that Brian finished in the top-10 with at VIR and hope to better that finish this weekend.”
