China Grove, N.C. -( June 21, 2018)-Nine months after the Laguna Seca race weekend and one year since her podium finish at the Watkins Glen round of the 2017 Super Trofeo North American Championship, the British driver dons the black and gold fire suit for the 3rd and 4th rounds of Super Trofeo North America.

Pippa Mann is joining the Precision Performance Motorsports team to co-drive the #47 Huracan Super Trofeo EVO alongside PRO-AM points leader Patrick Liddy. The PPM entry will also feature branding from three of Pippa’s primary Indy 500 sponsors – Donate Life, OrthoIndy, and Bell Techlogix.

Pippa will get her first taste of the new Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO when she hits the 11-turn New York circuit in first practice on Thursday 28th June.

“I was excited to see the new Super Trofeo car last fall at Laguna Seca, and I was gutted not to be able to pull together the funding for a full season, and to miss the first round this year at Mid-Ohio.” Mann stated. “I haven’t had any testing yet, but I hear great things from my friends in the paddock in terms of the upgrades and handling, so I am looking forwards to adapting to the challenge and getting the chance to drive the new car for the first time.”

Catch the action: Free Practice 1 will begin Thursday June 28 at 10:00am followed by Free Practice 2 at 1:10pm. The Double-Qualifying session starts on Friday 9:30am. Race 1 green flag drops at 4:10pm Friday June 29. The final race of the weekend will start on Saturday at 10:25am. All Times Eastern Standard.
