INDIANAPOLIS, USA — September 20, 2026 — Precision Performance Motorsports produced a perfect result in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Race 2 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, locking out the entire Am-class podium as David Staab claimed victory and secured the 2026 Am Championship ahead of the season finale at Monza.

Staab led the PPM charge with another commanding performance, bringing the No. 48 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 home first in class. The victory provided the decisive result in his championship campaign, allowing him to head to the final round at Monza as the 2026 Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Am Champion.

Behind Staab, Cooper Broll finished second, completing a PPM one-two at the front of the Am field.

The final podium position came together dramatically in the closing stages. Gabriel Holguin pushed hard through the final laps and moved into third, completing a remarkable 1-2-3 finish for Precision Performance Motorsports.

Holguin’s late charge turned an already outstanding team result into a complete podium sweep and demonstrated the strength of PPM’s Am-class programme throughout the Indianapolis weekend.

For Staab, Indianapolis marked the culmination of a highly consistent North American campaign. He arrived at the weekend leading the Am standings after recording podium finishes in each of the opening eight races, including a 21-point championship advantage before Indianapolis.

PPM therefore leaves Indianapolis with a race victory, the Am championship and a complete 1-2-3 class podium.

The Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America season now moves to Monza, Italy, for its sixth and final championship round on October 21–23, followed by the Lamborghini World Finals.

For Staab, Monza will be the opportunity to close out his championship-winning North American season on one of motorsport’s most historic circuits, while Broll and Holguin will look to carry PPM’s Indianapolis momentum into the final races of the year.
